ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, including:
- Undergarments
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
RETURN PROCESS
- Initiate a Return Request: Email our customer service team at jjujuandvivi@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number , reason for return, and pictures of the items in their original packaging.
- Approval and Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items if approved.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, ensuring all tags are attached.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning items . Ensure the package is tracked and insured, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
REFUNDS
- Approved returns will be processed, and store credit will be issued to you within 7-10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item , please contact our customer service immediately at jjujuandvivi@gmail.com.Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with pictures of the defective or damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
